About
The Food Union has sprouted out of Brothers Cuisine. Chef J and Chef Gare have been working in the food industry for many years, from dishwashers to executive chefs, we’ve seen a lot. We have been lucky enough to participate in many different aspects of this industry including restaurant management, catering, food writing, teaching, television, product development, food styling and photography.
This is our latest project. It has been inspired by the people we have worked with, the students we have taught and the lessons we have learned. Our hope is that we can help to contribute to the food community, particularly here in our home town, Phoenix.
It’s hot; hopefully it will grow.
