Fishies!

We’re doing a seafood class hosted at BBQ Island! On the menu: freshly caught Alaskan Halibut on the grill, salt block seared scallops with ginger and orange and shrimp skewers with who-knows-what on them (they have so many great spice rubs to play with!). Rounding out the meal will be jalapeno & cheddar grits, watermelon guacamole, smoked tomato salsa and all the fixin’s for fish tacos- even beer! To go just a little too far we’ll be finishing off the evening with chocolate & banana quesadillas! And more beer!
